Anyone tried subsonic
« on: July 24, 2011, 09:28:51 PM »

Has anyone tried Subsonic Ammo with this Rifle as yet?  I plan on buying some to test how reliable it will cycle.  If it passes the test I will get a Can for it.

i have a aac element on the end of my 416 22lr.  i have fired cci sub sonics and cci standards with no cycling issues.  22 longs would not cycle.

iv tried the remington subsonic stuff (anything below 1040fps)
and i had alot of jams but then again i didnt adjust the velocity spring in the back.
i should try another box and adjust the spring o.0

Remington Subsonic is what I tested my sons Gun with. It ran flawless no jams 200 rounds.  I figured if it cycles that stuff it would cycle anything.  I did not even mess with the adjustment spring.     Testing it with a Suppressor is another thing.
